Downloading ProPresenter

  • ProPresenter runs on both Mac and PC.
  • You can download the software for free from ProPresenter.com.
  • We encourage volunteers to download it on their personal computers to practice and learn at home.
  • The unregistered version will have a watermark on outputs, which disappears once licensed.

First Time Setup

Section titled “First Time Setup”
  • When you first open ProPresenter, you’ll see a welcome screen.
  • Migration: If you haven’t used ProPresenter before, skip the migration step. It’s often better to build your library fresh.
  • Screens: Initial screen setup can be left as default for now; it can be configured in detail later.
  • House of Worship Integration: Ensure this setting is enabled if prompted, as it includes features like SongSelect and Bible integration.
