Navigating the User Interface (UI)

ProPresenter’s interface is designed for a logical left-to-right workflow.

Standard Menus: File, Edit, Presentation, Screens, View, Window, Help (Mac) or similar (PC) - for settings, import/export, enabling views, etc..
Search: Quickly find presentations or add new songs (Command+F / Ctrl+F shortcut).
Text: Adjust UI text size for better readability.
Theme: Apply pre-designed looks to slides.
Mode Buttons (Show, Edit, Reflow, Bible, More): Switch between different operational modes.
- Show: The primary mode for running presentations during an event.
- Edit: Full-screen editor for designing slides.
- Reflow: Text-focused editor for quickly adjusting lyrics/text across multiple slides.
- Bible: Access Bible search and display features.
- More: Access Stage Editor, Theme Editor, Props, Masks, etc.
Media: Toggle the Media Bin visibility.
Clear Buttons: Clear specific layers (Background, Props, Audio, etc.) or all layers.
Store: Access the Renewed Vision Media Store.

Libraries: Folders where all your presentations (songs, sermons, announcements) are permanently stored. Create multiple libraries for organization.
Playlists: Ordered lists of presentations for a specific event (e.g., a Sunday service). Typically, a new playlist is created for each event. The GKM standard is to import this from Planning Center.

Contains background/foreground media playlists and hot folders. Can be toggled on/off with the ‘Media’ button in the toolbar.

Access to Audio controls, Stage Display controls, Timers, Messages, Props. (Specific controls may vary based on setup).
